These terms cover use of adz.solutions and the general terms under which ADZ Solutions provides consulting, website, and creative services. Specific engagements — consulting retainers, website builds, the filmmaker website package — are governed by the pricing and scope described on the relevant service page, plus any written agreement for that engagement.

Scope of engagements

Published prices (hourly consulting, monthly consulting levels, landing pages, custom websites, the filmmaker website package, creative assistance) describe what's included at that price. Work outside that scope — additional revisions, custom integrations, extensive copywriting, ecommerce, or unusual technical requirements — is quoted separately before it begins.

Client dashboards

Advertising-results dashboards are provided to active clients for reviewing their own campaign performance. Report data reflects information from the relevant advertising platforms and is provided for informational purposes.

No guaranteed results

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, competition, your offer, your operations. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results.
